I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of recruitment related activities, from assessing needs, working with professional Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for finance systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust and scalable solutions.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the banking or finance domain to continuously improve systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer within the banking or finance domain, Transaction processing, Payment and Regulatory requirements.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
Experience with Software design patterns, API-driven, Event-driven, DDD and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud technologies ( AWS is preferred).
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (ReactJS).
Certification in Java programming or related technologies.
